What a delicious way to break a rib!


The microbrewery trend has really died down in recent years. This was bound to happen at some point; while getting more beers on tap was fun, the idea of going to the bar and spending $17 on a “Butt Fucker IPA” that tastes like dirt and Skittles really got on people’s nerves.


Now, most bars have returned to a happy medium of having a few local beers on draft, some more cans of other beers in the fridge and the bog-standard swill we were all used to drinking before the trend took off.


Still, somebody’s gotta make those limited-run beers. Here’s what your local brewery might look like inside — and one of the many things that can go wrong with it:
