While the new year is doing wonders for our collective will to live, a new meme is taking the time to remind us how much useless stuff we could do without.

The meme began as a joke about the overall crappy state of the U.S. (with coronavirus deaths and unemployment and murder hornets), then quickly caught on as a way for people to roast all the annoying people and things they can't stand anymore.

Some of you will say we've progressed past the need for stupid memes like this, and to that we say...OK.
