It should be common knowledge but privacy is dead. 

People now openly take pictures of strangers in public and post those pictures online, sometimes, to their millions of followers. This means when you are weirdos and creeps have nowhere to hide when they're being creeps in public. 

There are two types of creeps, the creeps who watch porn on the train or in a library and the creeps who take photos of women. You don't want to be either of them.
