I couldn't tell you why, but the person with the giant Windows 2000-themed upper arm tattoo seems like they would have been at the forefront of the 5G Bill Gates COVID-19 microchip conspiracy. 

The obvious choice for a cover-up would be a Tesla x Elon Musk-themed sleeve which would undoubtedly feature a cyber truck.  It's nice to be reminded that hanging out with your boys, having a few beers and being silly is an international pastime, I am of course, referring to the photo of the guy pretending to eat his wheelchair-bound friend's atrophied leg. 

I hope that my assumptions about this image are correct, and they are buddies drinking and being silly, if not, the image is way less fun.
