Over the weekend, Jonah Hill's ex-girlfriend, Sarah Brady, leaked a number of text exchanges between her and Jonah on Instagram that capture the "manipulative and abusive" behavior she endured while dating the 21 Jump Street actor. 

In the texts, Hill offers Brady a list of demands that he frames as "boundaries" that must be upheld in order for their relationship to continue. 

Those demands, which he itemized in a list, included: "surfing with men," "boundaryless inappropriate relationships with men," "to model," "to post photos of yourself in a bathing suit," "to post sexual pictures," and everyone's favorite redline, "friendships with women who are in unstable places from your wild recent past beyond getting a lunch or coffee or something respectful."

The texts have sparked conversations on how men who attend therapy don't change their ways but instead adopt "therapy speak" and apply it to their manipulation. The texts have also been meme-d by women who think a summer of surfing with men and having friendships with women who are in unstable relationships actually sounds pretty cool. 

Jonah's ex, Sarah Brady, whom he met after sliding into her DMs – on a photo of her surfing in a bikini – was at the time and still is, a surf instructor.
