19-year-old Broc Brown, grows 6 inches every year. The Michigan young man has already reached 7 feet 8 inches tall. At this rate, he could surpass the current world’s tallest man, who stands at 8 feet 2 inches.

Says his mom, “It’s a genetic disorder and there’s nothing that can stop him from growing – I don’t know if he will ever stop.”

Of course, if he doesn't stop, he's not just in for an uncomfortable life...

...but serious health issues that can take the form of circulation issues, bone and structural problems, and other effects from an imbalance of hormones.

But he remains a happy kid who's enjoying the notoriety he's getting for his huge physique.

But as tall people know, the world isn't built for towering giants, and Broc has an especially tough go of it, given his height.
