British TikToker italianlife tells the story of two American women who grew impatient after just five minutes while waiting for service at a restaurant in Rome.

While she says that the story is meant to highlight how Americans don't understand the naturally slower pace of Italian service, the comment section seems to be siding with the Americans. One person says, "All I hear is that the service IS terrible," while another states, "No way!! It's almost like visitors stress over timetables when they're in unfamiliar places."
