Getting rejected from a club isn’t the worst thing in the world — often, it’s better than actually getting into the club. Rather than have your eardrums pounded with terrible Top 40 remixes while sipping on a $15 beer, you can simply head home, content with having the perfect excuse to never go back to that place again.

That said, some people really want to get into clubs when they really shouldn’t be in there. That’s where bouncers come in: They can let in the people who will keep the party going, and kick out those who are set on killing the vibe. However, this man clearly takes his job a bit too seriously, as you can see with this bizarre speech he gave to a dude with a backpack who really, really wanted to get in.
