Cops in San Francisco respond to a crazy hobo slashing tires on a busy street in the middle of the day...I guess the bum managed to slash one of the cops, and then when he decided to throw the knife, the cops responded by blasting him first with a bean bag round, and then with a 9mm to the groin. Nobody died.
