The attack happens around 2 minutes into the video. This footage is from a 24-hour security camera livestream. There is a homeless shelter across the street and a lot of sketchy stuff happens in the area. One night a creepy clown was seen hiding in the bushes and appeared to be burying something. A girl then walked down the sidewalk and it popped out of the bushes and tried to attack her with a shovel.
