During a game between Pitt and Easter Michigan, Michael Glass and an opposing player got into a scuffle in which he accidentally 'punch-slapped' the referee who was attempting to separate the two players. Glass would be ejected from the game following an official review of the incident.
For what it's worth, Mike Glass shared regret about the incident on Twitter.
