The 50 year-old man has been arrested in Tower Hamlets London for "possession of an offensive weapon" and a "public order offense."

Following footage which has been circulated on Social Media, the Met Police advise that a 50 year old man had been arrested today on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon and a public order offence.
He remains in custody.
