Please, Help Us Figure Out What This Man in the Gym Thinks He’s Doing

Is this push, pull, legs or something else entirely?


For first time gym-goers, the gym can be a confusing place. While things like free weights and kettlebells are pretty self-explanatory, one would be forgiven for being unsure of exactly how to use a shoulder fly machine — or being confused at why so many people are vigorously grunting.


With this confusion, some would go to staff and ask for assistance. Or, if you’re this guy, you just strap whatever cables you can to yourself and give it a whirl.


Next time, try the hip adductor — it works out the same muscles and significantly lowers your risk of a broken neck!
